Our contractors and service providers who provide services related to our information systems, are obliged to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by us.  QLD Properties takes care to ensure that the information you provide to us via our website is protected. For each visitor to reach our website, we collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you .

Our website may include links to third-party websites. If you access those websites, you will be subject to their privacy policy, the terms and conditions of which may differ from our own.  We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect, and the store is accurate, up to date and complete. Should you wish to request access to your personal information, please email QLD Properties. In certain circumstances, we may be able to deal with your request over the telephone or in person. Otherwise, we will endeavour to process your request within 21 days. In some circumstances, we may refuse to give you access.

Complaints

If you believe we have breached an Australian Privacy Principle or registered Australian Privacy Principle code and would like to make a complaint, you can do so in writing by emailing or writing to QLD Properties. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and respond to your complaint within 30 days.

You may direct any subsequent complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
